To make a warranty claim, you must provide us with images of the product (to show condition of whole product and the affected area) as well as a copy of the proof of purchase. If either of these cannot be supplied, the warranty is regrettably void*.

C@SE offers a one year basic manufacture warranty covering non-wear and tear parts.

To make a warranty claim, you must provide us with images of the affected product/area as well as a copy of the proof of purchase. If either of these cannot be supplied, the warranty is regrettably void. 

This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. An original or copy of the sales receipt from the original PopSockets Authorized sales retailer is required for warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased through online auction websites. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS THE ORIGINAL END PURCHASER MAY HAVE AT LAW. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary.

Normal wear and tear of Product use; damage caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or abuse; damage caused by use of the Product other than for its intended purpose; damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance; damage to a Product that has been modified or altered; and damage to any product other than the Product, including without limitation damage to any device used in connection with the Product. Any product deemed "counterfeit".

Warranty claims within the initial 30 days of ownership will be handled directly by SWAG Distribution Ltd. contact sales@swagdistribution.co.uk Warranty claims thereafter must be made directly to PopSockets LLC. Product must be returned to PopSockets LLC, 5765 Arapahoe Ave. Suite C, Boulder, Colorado, 80303 U.S.A. via traceable method along with the original purchase receipt and your contact name, phone number, physical and email addresses. If PopSockets determines that there is a warranted defect in the Product, PopSockets will, at its option, remedy the defect, provide a replacement product to you, or provide a refund of the purchase price of the product. PopSockets is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to PopSockets. You are responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Customer will pay shipping costs for the return of goods to PopSockets and will also be responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. PopSockets will pay shipping costs for the return shipment of the replacement product.

Limitation of liability - to the extent permitted by law, PopSockets, its employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the product, including without limitation damage to any device used in connection with the product. If this limitation of liability is not permitted by law, or is not effective at law, then to the extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages in tort (including negligence), the entire liability of PopSockets and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product.

It is the consumer's responsibility to follow guidelines in the product manual and warranty information for all Zinc products.

CORE Action Sports products are covered under warranty for hardware failure due to manufacturer errors. All warranties will be void if this product is modified in any way. Poor maintenance, apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation will not be covered by our warranty. We will not warranty or replace any product that is not purchased directly from CORE Action Sports or an official recognised stockist.

 

STUNT SCOOTERS

DECKS

3 months manufactures warranty.

This will cover:

  • Snapping or visible cracking of the deck.
  • Visible paint of finish defects out of the box.
  • Function of the deck.

This will not cover

  • Any damage caused by misuse or abuse to the deck.
  • Scratching, fading of paint or anodizing over time.
  • Damage to the headset cups due to incorrect installation.
  • Modifications to any part of the deck.
  • Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation.

Please note: Scooter decks are subject to extreme pressures and stress. To increase the life expectancy of your deck, avoid constantly jumping to flat and make all attempts to land smoothly, minimising the shock to the deck. 

All Scooter decks are prone to failure due to the nature of the use, it’s a by product of the sport. Decks are constantly put under extreme pressures and grinded on extensively which can weaken the product over time. 

WHEELS

90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

  • De-hubbing of the PU tire from the wheel core.
  • Warping or deformation of the hub bearing housing.
  • Extreme chunking of the PU due to manufacturer error.

This will not cover

  • Wheel bearings. 
  • Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation.
  • Standard wear and tear from daily use.
  • Damaged caused by grinding

TITANIUM BARS

30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

  • Cracking of welds
  • Paint defects

This will not cover

  • If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
  • If you modify or cut your bars
  • Scratching or chipping of paint
  • Misuse of your bars
  • Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
  • Apparent external damage or willful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

Titanium bars are a light-weight specialised product for use by smooth and proficient riders. Landing incorrectly, throwing bars from any height or dropping will damage the bars. This is not covered by the warranty.

ALUMINIUM BARS

30 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

  • Cracking of welds
  • Paint defects

This will not cover

  • If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
  • If you modify or cut your bars
  • Scratching or chipping of paint
  • Misuse of your bars
  • Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
  • Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

Aluminium bars are a light-weight product for use by smooth and proficient riders. Landing incorrectly, throwing bars from any height or dropping will damage the bars. This is not covered by the warranty.

CHROMOLY BARS

90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

  • Bending or breaking of bars

This will not cover

  • If bars have less then 40mm of fork tube inside the bars
  • If you modify or cut your bars
  • Scratching or chipping of paint
  • Misuse of your bars
  • Bending or cracking due to misuse or poor landing
  • Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

FORKS

90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

  • Breaking or bending (excluding the axle)

This will not cover

  • Breaking or bending of the axle
  • Misuse or poor set up
  • Any modifications to the fork
  • Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

CLAMPS

90 day manufacturer’s warranty.

This will cover:

  • Breaking or clamp body

This will not cover

  • Cross threading the bolts
  • Snapping bolts
  • Stripping of the bolt heads by using rounded-off Allen keys
  • Scratching of paint or anodizing.
  • Apparent external damage or wilful damage, misuse or incorrect installation

EXCLUSIONS

Grip Tape, Grips, Headsets and Bearings are consumable products and are not covered under warranty unless received in a non-functioning or defective state. These have a standard statutory life expectancy of a minimum 14 days from purchase. If any of the above products “fail” within 14 days, the manufacturer will agree to replace the product.

COMPLETE SKATEBOARDS

6 months manufactures warranty.

This will not cover

Normal wear and tear in the form of:

  • Tail or nose wear from dragging your skateboard
  • Damage due to impact on curbs or other objects
  • Damage from extreme temperature changes, water, or moisture
  • Warping as a result of exposure to heat, snow, rain, or immersion in water
  • Edges chipping or cracks from impact to foreign objects
  • Stress cracks in the surface plies that are not deemed to be defects and do not affect the structural integrity of your skateboard

Breaks due to:

  • User error in assembly of your skateboard or components
  • High impact tricks
  • Any sort of intentional breakage
  • Physically modifying your skateboard (chopping, drilling, etc.)
  • Grip tape replacement or repair

Boards on the Wall offers a one year basic manufacture warranty covering non-wear and tear parts.

Please ensure your claim is submitted in full via our Warranty Enquiry Form with all requested information provided in full. Submitting your claim via any other channel or failing to provide the required data may result in your claim being denied.

Defects

The Venom six-month manufacturer’s warranty does not cover fair wear and tear outside what is deemed appropriate usage, or accidental damage.

Examples of faults not covered in your warranty:

• Worn tyres, brake cables, sprockets, bearings, or hub internals
• Buckled wheels
• Bent axles, bars, frame, forks, pedals, or cranks
• Worn or broken chains (excepting evident manufacturer defects)

Defects that are protected against in the warranty must be free from abuse or misuse and result from a manufacturer defect of parts or components.

Examples of faults covered in your warranty:

• Evident manufacturing defects to any part or component
• Internal axle failure
• Broken or cracked bars, forks, frame or hubs

To claim your warranty, an original receipt must be produced by the claimant to prove the date of purchase. There must not be any type of modification on the parts or components where the failure/damage is being attributed. Prohibited modifications include shot blasting, painting, powder coating, or any sort of irreversible changes.
