SWAG Distribution reserves the right to supply distributors and customers directly, and, in turn, pricing specifically
for these purposes. In the event whereby a customer approaches SWAG directly, bypassing their distribution supplier, we will aim to alert the supplier and will not supply directly without prior approval. We value our business relationships and aim to work with complete transparency.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. RETURNS / WARRANTY
SWAG Distribution is proud to supply you with some of the best products and brands in the market. We strive to ensure that you and your customers are satisfied with their purchase(s). If in the unlikely event that your product should fail or develop a fault we will, of course, do our best to resolve the issue for you.
To make a warranty claim, you must provide us with images of the affected product/area as well as a copy of the proof of purchase. If either of these cannot be supplied, the warranty is regrettably void.
