COVID-19 Statement

SWAG is wishing you all well during the current pandemic.

We understand some events, in which your promotional merchandise may have been for, are now being cancelled or postponed. We’re here to support you by offering extended delivery dates as well as storage of your order. We strongly advise avoiding event specific artwork so the products can be used for any event or campaign.

We have taken several measures to ensure our business runs as usual whilst ensuring the health of our employees is not compromised, including hand sanitizers being placed around the company; cancelling all external meetings and visits and replacing with video calls; encouraging home working and self-isolating if experiencing any illness symptoms.

Our couriers have implemented new procedures which stops any physical contact between the driver and consignee to help prevent any spread of the virus.

We are monitoring our supply chain closely and will be in contact should there be any issues or major changes to the way SWAG can operate.
